I was always fascinated with the camera and the thought of capturing memories and frames: Yash Vikram Bhadauria

WallMag: Tell our readers a bit about Yash Vikram Bhadauria.

I am an editorial and fashion photographer. I have done my 3-year degree course from Symbiosis School Of Photography. I have been working as a freelancer as of now. I love to experiment with my work whenever I can. I'm still trying to learn from everyone and everything I go through.

WallMag: How did you become a photographer?

I was always fascinated with the camera and the thought of capturing memories and frames. I just started shooting with the camera my father got and I started developing an interest in photography.

WallMag: Where do you draw inspiration from for your photographic projects?

Most of the time I take inspiration from the best photographers out there and try to create something of my own. Instagram and Pinterest have been my books of inspiration.

WallMag: How would you describe your style and approach?

My style of photography goes around with subtle mood and soft lighting.

WallMag: A photography website or blog you visit often?

I usually use Pinterest and Instagram which gives me enough information about the kind of work out there.

WallMag: You’ve clearly worked with a wide range of models, what tips can you recommend to people looking to expand their portfolio?

A lot of models works as a freelancer which should be your 1st preference if you are new to the industry. Try to get in touch with modelling agencies which will help you in getting models for your test shoots.

WallMag: Where do you prefer to shoot – in a studio, or on location, and why?

I always prefer shooting indoors as I'm more confident working with the artificial light source. Still, it depends on your concept.

WallMag: Share images that are very special to you.

Stay tuned with the amazing work of Yash at Instagram.
