How did your journey in photography begin?
My journey in photography began with inspiration from Daboo Ratnani Sir. His work motivated me to pick up a camera and start exploring the art of capturing moments.
What was the first moment you realized you wanted to pursue photography seriously?
It was the support from my family members that made me realize I wanted to pursue photography seriously. Their encouragement gave me the confidence to take it beyond a hobby and treat it as a professional path.
How has your photography style evolved over the years?
When I first started, my style was all about capturing raw, candid moments using whatever light was available. It was experimental and vibrant. Over the years, as I mastered lighting and composition, my work evolved into something much more intentional. Today, I've moved away from standard, brightly lit shots toward a much more cinematic, moody, and high-contrast aesthetic. I love using low-key lighting to create drama and depth, turning an ordinary frame into a powerful visual story.
What do you enjoy most about being a freelance photographer?
Working free minded without any hesitation is what I enjoy most. Being a freelancer means you aren't bound by a rigid corporate style guide. You get to build your own distinct visual identity, call the shots on the aesthetic, and watch a personal brand grow from a passion project into a professional reality.
