The votes are in, the jury has spoken, and the WallMag Rap Awards 2026Bars That Hit Different — have their champions. Chosen from a Top 100 shortlist of India’s rap and hip-hop creators, three artists rose to the very top on the strength of what they put on the mic. Today, we’re proud to introduce the three creators who hit different, and did it in front of the whole community.

  • 🏆 Winners Announced: 27 July 2026
  • 📅 Finalists Announced: 20 July 2026

How Were the Winners Decided?

Every entry started the same way: out in the open, earning a community score from the people who actually listen. Those scores narrowed the field to a Top 100 shortlist of the country’s sharpest rap and hip-hop creators. Then the jury stepped in — seasoned ears weighing craft, originality, and delivery — to help crown the Top 3. Each winner’s final score out of 100 was measured against the strongest project in the running, blending community votes (20%) with the jury’s verdict (80%). Standings stayed public the whole way through, because the people who backed these artists deserved to see exactly how it played out.

Each receives ₹5,000 worth of Partner Brand Discounts and Coupons, a feature in the WallMag Creator Magazine (a Cover Story for our Rapper of the Year, a Featured Interview for our Runner-Up, and a Spotlight Q&A for our Second Runner-Up), their official recognition certificate, opportunities to collaborate with our partner brands, and a showcase across WallMag’s social channels. It’s our way of turning a moment on the mic into momentum for the career behind it.
